CITIES CREATIVE PRIVACY POLICY

The Server refers to Cities Creative and its platforms as a Minecraft Java Edition multiplayer server, Discord community server, and website.

The Admins refers to members of the Server who are responsible for the overall management of the server.

Moderators refers to members of the Server who are responsible for ensuring members follow the server rules on its Minecraft and Discord platforms.

User refers to any person accessing the Server on any of its platforms.

In game name refers to the username a Minecraft Java Edition user has, and is visible to all other users on the Minecraft platform.

UUID refers to the unique identification number that a Minecraft Java Edition user has, and is only visible to the Admins.

Discord gamertag refers to the unique username a Discord user has, and is visible to all other users on the Discord platform.

When a user joins the Minecraft platform, their in game name, IP address, and UUID is collected.

When a user joins the Discord platform, or if they provide their Discord gamertag to the in-game registration system, their Discord gamertag is collected.

If a user chooses to file an anonymous report, and attach any files by way of their Google Drive, their full name and provided email address is collected.

By joining any platforms as defined in this policy, the user consents to sharing the relevant personal information for the purposes as described in this policy.

A user’s IP address is stored in the server logs and is accessible by the admins with the /seen command, and by accessing the server files.

Cities Creative will never disclose any user’s IP address, full name, UUID, or email address to any person or organization.

Only the Admins have access to personal information.

In circumstances where a user:

1. Engages in gross misconduct; or

2. is deemed at a high risk of evading bans made on the Minecraft platform.

3. Then the admins may use the member’s IP address to enact an IP address ban on the Minecraft platform.

Cities Creative does not share ban information with other servers nor does it act on any received ban information from other servers, unless where is publicly stated in any partnership agreement. Except where:

In cases where Cities Creative believes that a user or users are engaged in any kind of known griefing syndicate, then Cities Creative may preemptively ban some users from any of the Server platforms.

Cities Creative is not responsible for personal information shared on its platforms by way of:

1. Public messages, in game chat, private message or mail; or

2. any build in game such as a sign; or

3. shared picture or any other file.

The Admins and Moderators, will remove any publicly shared personal information , as defined in 4.1.a,b,c (4.1.1,2,3) where they feel:

1. It is not shared with the consent of the person concerned; or

2. it may be potentially compromising or bring harm to the person concerned/

In the event that Cities Creative believes that local or international law is broken, and chooses to make a report to the relevant authorities about such conduct engaged in within the Server. Then, personal information held by the Server may be used for those purposes.

Cities Creative will take the most stringent measures to prevent and punish the non-consensual sharing of information, also known as doxing, of any user or other person.

A user may request from Cities Creative a list of the personal information the Server holds that relates to the user.

Any user at any time may request that Cities Creative delete from its platforms any collected personal information.

Cities Creative will endeavor whenever possible to store personal information relevant to only active players.

From time to time, the Admins will review stored personal information and delete from all platforms stored personal information that is not required for the running of the Server.

Cities Creative will make this policy available on each page of the server website.
